Most companies collect data, and a lot of it. Sure, GDPR laws changed back in 2018 to make it harder for everyone to get your data, but it’s still very common for businesses to have plenty of contacts in their systems.
But what’s the point? What does all that data actually do for you? Often, the answer we get from customers on this subject is ‘not a lot’.
That’s no good at all.
Businesses need to be using their data effectively, or they may as well simply not have it. If you’ve got hundreds, even thousands of contacts just sitting in your systems not doing anything, then it’s high time you did something with them.
