The Objective

RBC Group provide a specialist logistics service from their base in Milton Keynes and their depots across the UK. Their range of services become tailor-made packages for each of their clients. Essentially, if you have high value, out of the ordinary items to transport and install, RBC have the specialist tools and knowledge to ensure their safe arrival. But, as we discovered, there is so much more to it than just delivery.

They contacted us as a successful, 12 year old business one and half years ago because they wanted to tackle their negligible online presence. To achieve this, we created a brand new website with revitalised content and an SEO strategy that supports their business aims.

The most striking thing about RBC is their sheer level of knowledge and expertise, and we delved deeply into the details of their business in order to showcase this within the web design. We also ensured we understood their processes in-depth so that we could develop a sitemap and website architecture that showcased them to both search engines and users.

We knew it was crucial that their services were explained in enough detail to fully capture RBC’s level of sophistication. But, as their clients are usually non-industry experts, also with the necessary clarity. We spent time learning directly from RBC about all of the expert ways in which they worked, resulting in a website and onsite SEO strategy that is now as smooth and efficient as the rest of their business.

Within the website’s construction, we embedded our new SEO strategy, focusing on rankings for several different searches. Geographically, both for the local Milton Keynes area and UK wide. IN addition, their detailed, fresh SEO content is highly optimised to rank for both general industry terms and their more niche services.

The Results

We couldn’t be happier with the results we’ve achieved for RBC so far. From no search presence at all, RBC now benefits from having numerous keywords appear on page one of search results, nationally.

The largest traffic generator to RBC’s website is organic search traffic, which is increasing every month.

We have also achieved nationwide long-tail keyword rankings within their specific niches. Which means that people all over Britain – not just Milton Keynes – that really need their expertise, are finding them.

Now they’ve got their future-proof website, we can’t wait to see how far they grow.
